I'm pretty excited to get creative in the kitchen with fresh, healthy foods and plan on losing a few pounds in the process. I've been asked to blog the journey, so...the journey begins. Before reading Tosca's book I had already decided to cook through a cookbook this year, then thought "why not make it a healthy cookbook?". I will be cooking through The Essential Eating Well Cookbook
